International Shipping
From Chiloé, we ship our pieces to Canada and all 27 countries of the European Union. Every parcel leaves Chile with Correos de Chile (the Chilean postal service) and includes a tracking number.
Delivery times
- Order preparation: 2 to 4 business days. Many pieces are one of a kind, and we pack each order by hand.
- International shipping (parcels up to 1.8 kg): 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
- International parcel post (parcels over 1.8 kg): 20 to 30 business days after dispatch.
These are Correos de Chile's reference times. Customs clearance in your country may add a few days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

Amounts are in Chilean pesos (CLP); your local currency is shown as an estimate. Free shipping over CLP 60,000 applies only to orders delivered within Chile.
Import taxes and duties
Shipping costs do not include taxes or duties in the destination country. These are paid by the recipient, directly to the local postal service or customs, at the time of delivery.
- European Union: the destination country's VAT is charged on the value of the purchase, usually along with a handling fee from the local postal service. Customs duties may apply in some cases.
- Canada: taxes (GST/HST or the provincial equivalent) and duties may apply depending on the value and type of product, plus a Canada Post handling fee.
Amounts vary by country and product, so we can't calculate them in advance. If you have questions before buying, write to us and we'll help you look into it.
If a parcel is refused or not collected at destination, it is returned to Chile. In that case, the original shipping cost and the return shipping are non-refundable.
What we ship internationally
We ship textiles (yarn, garments, bed runners), plush toys, art prints, wooden pieces and a selection of small ceramics, which we pack with extra care. Due to import health regulations, we do not ship honey or food outside Chile. When shopping from your country, you will only see the products available for international shipping.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you the tracking number. You can follow it on correos.cl and, once it reaches your country, on your local postal service's website.
